My professional career started in Miami, Florida working as a designer and animator for Warner Bros. Music. I developed projects for world-renowned bands and singers such as Josh Groban, Garth Brooks, Carlos Santana, Sheryl Crow, Jewel, and Bette Middler among many others. My experience in the music industry landed me jobs with Carl Fischer Music Publishers in New York, Playintime Productions in Los Angeles, Berklee College of Music in Boston, as well as special projects for Latin stars Raul Di Blasio, Luis Miguel, Enrique Iglesias, and Shakira.
I acquired part of my knowledge and experience in web development working as Senior Designer for America Online Latin America, leading the design team for AOL Puerto Rico with the important task of launching AOL in the tropical island. My role included preserving AOL’s branding guidelines for all marketing and promotional materials as well as web training to the staff of our content providers such local newspapers and magazines.
After moving to Denver, Colorado, I used all my experience in the corporate world to support the Archdiocese of Denver under the leadership of Archbishop Charles J. Chaput (Current Archbishop of Philadelphia) and Bishop Jose H. Gomez (current Archbishop of Los Angeles). My work in the communications office consisted of raising brand awareness and visual communications standards. I developed bilingual web-based initiatives to drive traffic and engagement as well as design and marketing support for fundraising events, annual conferences, and galas.
In 2009, I founded JP Creative Group to serve a broader audience with the mission to educate and inspire people to build a culture that reflects authentic beauty and values. JP Creative Group is located in Denver, Colorado providing services to clients globally.
I love spending time with my family and have a great passion for Dios entre Nosotros, a Hispanic Family Ministry I founded along with my wife. I also find great joy leading the Father & Son Missions, a ministry which provides hope and support to needy families in Peru while strengthening father-son relationship between missionaries.
